The Organizing Committee of IOMU 2026 invites researchers, clinicians, academicians, and occupational health professionals to submit abstracts for oral and poster presentations as part of the scientific program.
Submissions are accepted under the following presentation categories:
- Oral Presentation: Short scientific presentations delivered during scheduled oral sessions.
- Poster Presentation: Visual presentations displayed during dedicated poster sessions at the congress venue.
Abstracts are welcomed on, but not limited to, the following topics:

- Digitalization, Automation, and Artificial Intelligence in Occupational Health
- Fitness-for-Work Assessments
- Gig Economy and Remote Work
- Health and Productivity Management
- Health Economics, Regulatory Aspects, and Compliance in Occupational Health

- Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises and the Informal Workforce Sector
- Multidisciplinary Occupational Health Practice
- New Ergonomic Challenges
- Occupational Cancer & Chronic Diseases
- Occupational Health for Healthcare Workers
- Occupational Health Surveillance and Health Risk Assessment
- Occupational Hazards in Modern Workplace

- Abstract submission deadline: February 8th, 2026
- Abstract review period (Committee use only): January 5th – February 15th, 2026
- Notification of acceptance: February 22nd, 2026
- Biographical note and photo submission: April 12th, 2026
- Full poster/slides submission deadline: April 12th, 2026
- Poster submission deadline: April 12th, 2026
- Full paper (proceeding) submission deadline (if applicable): April 19th, 2026
- Notification to revise the initial paper submission: May 3rd, 2026
- Full paper (revised version) submission deadline: May 10th, 2026
- Final Program release: May 10th, 2026
