Transaction Policy

  1. Users are required to conduct transactions through the payment gateway portal specified by Perdoki.
  2. The User agrees that:
    • The User is responsible for reading, understanding, and agreeing to the complete information/description of the product/goods, including but not limited to books, seminars, workshops, training, or others, before making a decision to purchase/order,
    • The User acknowledges that the actual color of books or other printed goods as displayed on the Perdoki Site/Portal may vary depending on the condition/specifications/settings of the User’s computer monitor and mobile phone screen. Perdoki has made its best efforts to ensure that the colors in the photos displayed on the Perdoki Site/Application appear as accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee that the color appearance on the Site and Application will be perfectly accurate,
    • The User enters into a legally binding agreement to purchase Goods when the User proceeds with the purchase of an item.
  3. The User understands and agrees that the availability of Goods stock may change at any time, under the following circumstances:
    • If the Goods are out of stock, Perdoki reserves the right to reject the order, and any payments made for the respective Goods will be refunded to the User.
    • If the User purchases more than one (1) different item and any of the Goods are out of stock, Perdoki may fulfill the order partially with the User’s consent, and the User will receive a partial refund for the unavailable Goods.
    • If the User purchases more than one (1) of the same item and Perdoki is unable to fulfill the entire order, Perdoki may fulfill the order partially with the User’s consent, and the User will receive a partial refund for the unfulfilled items.
    • Partial acceptance of the Goods order by Perdoki cannot be processed without the User’s consent. In the event of stock changes, the User will be notified via the phone number and/or email registered in the User’s Profile. The User may accept or decline Perdoki’s offer within the specified order confirmation time frame. If no confirmation is received from the User, the order will be canceled.
    • The User understands and agrees that by accepting a partial order of Goods, the partial refund will be issued to the User upon the completion of the transaction.
  4. The User fully understands and agrees that any transactions made outside of the official Perdoki Online Payment Account and/or without Perdoki’s knowledge (such as through personal facilities/networks, messaging services, special transaction arrangements outside the Perdoki portal, or any other means) are the sole responsibility of the User.
  5. Perdoki has full authority to reject payments without prior notice.
  6. The User agrees and understands that by using the Perdoki Site/Portal when making a transaction, Perdoki will forward the User’s information to third parties.
  7. The User is required to make payment using the selected payment method with an amount that matches the invoice total. Perdoki is not responsible for any loss incurred by the User if the payment made does not correspond to the amount indicated on the payment page.
  8. Payment by the User must be made immediately (no later than 2 hours) after the User completes the checkout process. If payment is not made within this time frame, Perdoki has the authority to cancel the transaction. The User shall not have the right to file any claims or demands regarding the cancellation of the transaction. The User may place a new order if the goods or seminar/workshop slots are still available and make the payment within 2 hours.
  9. The User is strongly advised to verify and make payment in accordance with the amount specified on the payment page.
  10. The User understands and agrees that any delays in the payment process and additional fees caused by differences between the bank used by the User and the official Perdoki bank account are the sole responsibility of the User.
  11. Perdoki does not accept cancellations of book or printed goods orders by the User for any reason, unless explicitly stated in the product details/information description of the book or printed goods.
  12. Perdoki members are prohibited from using their member account/username to register or pay for seminars, workshops, training, or similar activities on behalf of any individual or entity categorized as a Perdoki Partner or Non-Member, whether intentionally or unintentionally, and regardless of awareness. Similarly, users categorized as Indonesian Participants are prohibited from using their account/username to register or pay for such activities on behalf of individuals or entities categorized as International Participants, under the same conditions. If Perdoki identifies any registration or payment in violation of these terms, Perdoki reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the registration and/or payment. Refunds will be issued after deducting: (a) administrative fees from third-party service providers (e.g., payment gateways), and (b) applicable bank transfer fees (if any).
  13. The User may cancel the order for seminar, workshop, or training activities with the following cancellation fee terms upon the User’s request:
    • A cancellation fee of 20% of the total payment amount will apply if the cancellation is made ≥ 60 calendar days before the event date,
    • A cancellation fee of 50% of the total payment amount will apply if the cancellation is made 45-59 calendar days before the event date,
    • A cancellation fee of 75% of the total payment amount will apply if the cancellation is made 15-44 calendar days before the event date,
    • A cancellation fee of 100% of the total payment amount will apply if the cancellation is made ≤ 14 calendar days before the event date (no refund will be provided).
  14. The User may request a waiver of the cancellation fee only under the following special conditions
    • The User or registered seminar/workshop participant is hospitalized due to illness, supported by a medical certificate and/or medical resume issued by the hospital providing the treatment,
    • The occurrence of bereavement (death) only within the immediate family (father/mother, husband/wife, child, sibling),
    • The User and/or immediate family experiences an extraordinary event/force majeure, such as a fire, earthquake, flood, tornado, or other natural disasters,
    • Additional Note: The User is required to submit supporting documents, including any additional documents that may be requested by Perdoki during the verification of the fee waiver request
  15. Refunds from Perdoki to the User can only be processed under the following specific circumstances:
    • Excess payment made by the User above the price of the Goods,
    • The User agrees to accept the partial delivery of Goods as offered by Perdoki,
    • The issue with the delivery of the Goods has been clearly identified by the Courier responsible for shipping, which resulted in the Goods not being delivered,
    • Perdoki is unable to fulfill the order due to out-of-stock items, changes in shipping costs, or other reasons,
    • Perdoki is unable to organize the event due to operational reasons.
    • Perdoki will refund the payment based on the conditions outlined in point number 12 above.
    • The User submits a cancellation request for the seminar, workshop, or training order in accordance with point number 13.
  16. If a refund process occurs in accordance with point number 13, the refund will be made via transfer to the User’s bank account (the name on the bank account receiving the refund must match the User’s name) no later than 21 calendar days from the approval of the refund request/process by Perdoki.
  17. The User understands and agrees to release Perdoki from any responsibility in the event of issues arising from the transaction, including but not limited to transaction issues, payment issues, delivery issues, as well as damage and/or loss of Goods, whether partially or in whole, and the cancellation of events such as seminars, symposiums, workshops, and others.
  18. The User agrees not to disclose or provide payment proof and/or payment data to any third party other than Perdoki. In the event that the User shares such information with another party, and a loss occurs as a result, the User shall be fully responsible for any consequences or damages arising from such disclosure.
  19. The User understands and agrees that the User is responsible for safeguarding information related to transactions and shipments through the Perdoki Site/Portal. Any actions, including but not limited to agreements made regarding the User’s transaction, returns, or exchanges of Goods outside the Perdoki Site/Application, are not the responsibility of Perdoki. Therefore, any claims or losses arising from such actions shall be the sole responsibility of the respective parties.
  20. The User understands and agrees that any issues with the delivery of Goods (books or other printed materials) caused by delayed payments, errors/ambiguities/mistakes in the recipient’s name and/or shipping address are the responsibility of the User.
  21. Perdoki has the authority to make decisions on unresolved transaction issues due to the lack of an agreement on resolution, based on the available evidence. Perdoki’s decision is final, non-contestable, and binding on the User to comply with.
  22. The User understands and agrees that if any indication of fraud, violation of Perdoki’s Terms and Conditions, or applicable laws is found, Perdoki has the authority to take necessary actions, including but not limited to restricting payment method options and canceling transactions without prior notice.
  23. Perdoki’s tax status is registered with the KPP Pratama Jakarta Menteng Dua as a Wajib Pajak Badan Non-Pengusaha Kena Pajak (WP Badan Non-PKP). As such, Perdoki is not authorized to collect Value-Added Tax (VAT / PPN) or issue tax invoices.
  24. The online payment gateway system used on the Perdoki Portal is provided by Perdoki’s Third Party, which is registered with the financial and information technology authorities in Indonesia. Therefore, the transaction process and security (click here) as well as the privacy policy (click here) follow the policies of our Third Party.
  25. This Transaction Policy may be provided in languages other than Indonesian. In the event of any discrepancies between the Indonesian version and any other language version, the Indonesian version shall prevail
  26. This Transaction Policy was last updated and revised on November 22, 2024.
  27. This Transaction Policy is an integral part of the Privacy Policy. By using the Portal or Our Services, you are considered to have agreed to the Privacy Policy and Transaction Policy, including but not limited to any changes made to them.
